Informing the practice when you have changed address and your contact details is very important. It ensures that we are able to make contact with you in an event that we need to. 

You can do this in a number of ways:

  1. Contact the surgery via email Licb.littleburypatients@nhs.net
  2. Call the practice and speak to a receptionist

You MUST also inform any other healthcare organisation e.g. Boston Pilgrim Hospital,   Peterborough City Hospital, of a change in your name, address or contact details separately; we cannot do this for you.

We make contact with patients for a number of different reasons:

  • To give messages from clinicians
  • To invite patients to book in for appointments with our clinicians or nursing team
  • To inform of upcoming clinics such as flu clinics
  • To let patient's know of the outcome of eConsultations submitted
  • To give up to date information and any updates on the practice
