If you take Medicine regularly, you will usually have a repeat prescription.
This means that you can order your medicine when you need it without having to see a GP.

You can order a repeat prescription using SystmOnline Login
We will respond within 7 working days.
You will need:
- a SystmOnline account.
- to be at least 17 years old
Order using the NHS app or website
The NHS app is a quick way to access NHS services. Using the NHS app means you do not need to enter your personal details each time you contact the surgery. You can read more about the app on the NHS website.
You can use your NHS account to order a repeat prescription.

By phone
You can order a repeat prescription by phone.
You can now telephone the Practice on 01406 422231, Option 2, Monday to Friday.
You can call directly using 24/7 ordering line 01406 438959 - you will need PIN number that receptionist or dispensers can provide to you.
Some patients can get their medication from the surgery
If there is no pharmacy within 1 mile of where you live, you might be able to pick up your prescription at the surgery. Contact us or ask at reception if you think you are eligible.
Accessing Medicines Out Of Hours
If you run out of your medicines outside of the Dispensary normal opening hours and need some urgently, there are a few ways to get an emergency supply quickly, including if you’re away from home.
You can use the NHS Pharmacy Service Search , call NHS 111, go to your nearest NHS Walk-in Centre, or, if it’s a real emergency, go to your nearest accident and emergency (A&E) unit.
